Role and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Lead Generation Expert to join our team and drive client acquisition efforts. This role demands expertise in leveraging multiple platforms and tools to identify, qualify, and engage potential leads for our US-based clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to identify and manage leads effectively.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.
- Research target markets, industries, and clients to craft personalized outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into clients and support the overall sales process.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in lead generation.
- Competitive salary as per industry standards, with performance-based incentives.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role, preferably for US clients.
- Expertise in using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
- Strong research skills and the ability to identify and qualify leads efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to optimizing lead generation processes.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving results.
