Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding top talent for various roles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance on hiring strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably for US clients.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for a variety of roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, job boards, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment processes.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic and target-driven environment.
