Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries in the US market.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Competitive salary as per industry standards, with performance-based incentives.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (experience in the staffing industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market dynamics and client needs.
