You will act as the bridge between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers—bringing consistency, visibility, and continuity to every stage of the hiring journey.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end candidate engagement across sourcing, screening, interview, and offer stages
- Design and implement structured communication workflows to ensure no candidate is left unattended
- Monitor candidate activity and engagement levels, proactively addressing drop-offs or delays
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on communication strategies and timelines
- Track and improve key engagement metrics such as response rates, turnaround time, and candidate satisfaction
- Identify gaps in the hiring journey and implement solutions to enhance overall candidate experience
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and status updates are delivered across all active pipelines
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, or talent operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidate interactions simultaneously
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and engagement tracking systems
- Ability to anticipate candidate concerns and address them proactively
