Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team at Pragna Solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to make a mark in the staffing industry.
- Source qualified candidates for various roles using job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet the ongoing and future hiring needs of US clients.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and interest in the position.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate information efficiently.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends, sourcing strategies, and industry best practices to refine sourcing techniques.
- This role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client needs.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or relevant experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- 0–3 years of experience in talent sourcing or staffing, preferably for US clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify top talent quickly.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
