Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team at Pragna Solutions. As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent for our esteemed US clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced staffing industry with ample room for growth and learning.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand client requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage candidate onboarding processes.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment.
- This role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client needs.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in recruitment or staffing.
- 1+ years of experience in US staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
