Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Manager with 2+ years of experience to lead and execute pay-per-click campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of PPC strategy, funnel building, and performance optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Build and optimize sales funnels to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-converting opportunities and improve ad targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and other marketing materials to support PPC campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting to achieve optimal results.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to identify the most effective strategies.
- Manage PPC budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align PPC strategies with overall business and marketing objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, including recommendations for continuous improvement.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client operations.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns and building conversion funnels for digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Expertise in keyword research, bid management, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in building and optimizing sales funnels that drive conversions and sales.
- Experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and report on performance.
