Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources team at Pragna Solutions. This role is instrumental in driving our people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR processes align with business goals.
- Design and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the hiring of top talent to meet business needs.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and career growth.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards across all HR activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and solutions on workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to create an inclusive workplace culture.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor regulations, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing change, resolving conflicts, and enhancing employee engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
