Job Description
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a seasoned HR Professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team at Pragna Solutions. This role is vital in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work culture that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with organizational objectives.
- Address employee queries and grievances effectively to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to upskill the workforce.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support workforce planning.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- The role requires working from 3 PM to 12 AM IST, aligning with US client requirements.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for managing employee data and processes.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse HR functions.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges effectively.
