At Pragna, we want to break the traditional norm of recruiting. Instead of a standard agency placement fee, we believe in well formulated, risk free and cost efficient means of recruiting.

Pay over a period

Unlike regular staffing agencies, we extend the placement fee for 1 year and charge just 1% of a hire’s annual salary each month for a 12 month period. We do not charge 20 or 25% upfront fee! We believe in ‘pay over a period’ model. Thus, we charge just 12% over a period of 12 months. This model will surely benefit our clients as they pay the agency fee gradually.

Risk free

This is a risk free approach. If for some reason candidate leaves the job before completing one year, clients do not pay for the hire then on. This is a huge benefit, as it cuts down the risk from clients end and helps them use their resources in a right manner.

Quick Turnaround

Recruiters work round the clock in all time zones and they can present suitable candidates swiftly. We see from hiring manager’s point of view and formulate screening questions and submit candidates. Submission of candidates will happen only after thorough pre-screening and first level technical screening if needed. This model is a win-win proposition for both Pragna and their clients.
